Everyone Health Workplace Service

We are excited to let you know about a new FREE workplace service funded by Staffordshire County Council and delivered by Everyone Health, which helps to support your employees staying healthy in the work place. We are able to link with some local businesses to offer the below programmes *restrictions apply, please contact us to discuss if your Staffordshire business maybe eligible.

There are three FREE programmes available and we can deliver one or all to employees:

Stop Smoking Service –  For those who live in Staffordshire and smoke a tobacco containing products Our non-judgemental stop smoking practitioners provide free help and support from setting a quit date to choosing an appropriate medication- free NRT.

Adult Weight Management ProgrammeFor Staffordshire residents who have a BMI of between over 27.5+ with a long-term medical condition or people with a Black African, African-Caribbean and Asian family background OR a BMI of 30 without a long-term medical condition. Our in house programme is delivered via weekly email packs, containing video presentations from our Nutritionists to handy hints and tips and recipe ideas. We all share links to our You Tube Channel for exercise videos and each participant will receive a weekly call from a member of the team to support their journey and answer any questions they may have.

All three elements include a 1-1 calls or face-to-face appointments with an experienced practitioner who will support each participant with individual goals including carrying out initial assessments and a 12 week follow up. We can run these programmes with minimal impact on your business and have the flexibility to offer the programme within or outside of your business operating hours, all programmes operate virtually and run for 12 weeks.

MECC Training Courses – Making Every Contact Count (MECC) is about using everyday conversations to help people make changes to improve their physical and mental wellbeing by signposting to local services. For more information click here to visit our MECC page.
