With this service you’ll be assigned your own Health Trainer who will help you to set realistic fitness goals and offer support and understanding every step of the way. Your Health Trainer will find out what’s getting in the way of you living a healthier life and put together a plan just for you. They can help with healthy eating, losing weight, physical activity, stopping smoking, reducing stress and cutting down on alcohol.
