A new approach to weight management


When it comes to weight management, we all know that it’s a combination of good diet and exercise that holds the key to success. However, it’s safe to say that many of us struggle to stick to new regimes when starting out on weight loss journeys.  

Our free weekly group sessions provide a sociable space and offer a fun, practical approach to losing weight and getting more active. Led by fully qualified instructors, the classes consist of 45 minutes of nutrition advice and 45 minutes of circuit-based exercise, allowing you to try a number of different activities in a friendly group setting.

One member of our North Staffordshire weight management group, Alan explains, ‘The conscious way in which the trainers deliver nutritional information and exercise to our small group holds my interest every week. There’s always plenty of time for questions, which are always answered promptly and in an encouraging, professional manner.’

We have partnered with Jubilee 2 Leisure Centre in Newcastle under Lyme to offer free gym/swim/class vouchers for those over 50 who live in one of our targeted wards. These offer a fantastic way to try a new class or pop for a swim after work, so that you can fit your exercise in around your work/home life.
